Log in to CanTicket

Sign in to your CanTicket account, or create one. Head to Admin → Integrations and choose Xero.

Authorise with Xero

You're sent to Xero's secure login. Approve the connection and pick the organisation you want synced.

Common questions

Straight answers about the Xero sync.

Is my Xero data safe?
Yes. The connection runs through Xero's official OAuth — we never see or store your Xero password, and your team never needs a Xero login. CanTicket only touches the data needed to run jobs (quotes, invoices, timesheets, pay rates, leave, expenses and contacts), and you can revoke access from inside Xero at any time.
What's working in the beta right now?
Quotes and invoices sync live today — raise a quote in CanTicket and push it to a Xero invoice. Timesheets, holiday leave, staff names and pay rates, job costing, expenses on jobs and contacts are rolling out next. We'll let connected teams know as each one goes live.
Do my staff need a Xero login?
No — that's the whole point. Your delivery team works entirely in CanTicket and never touches Xero. They get the job data they need to be accountable; finance keeps the ledger locked down to the people who should see it.
How long does it take to connect?
Under five minutes. Log in to CanTicket, choose Xero under Integrations, authorise, and pick your organisation. Most teams see their first live margins the same day.
Does it change anything in my Xero account?
Finance keeps working exactly as they do today. CanTicket reads cost data to put margins against jobs — your Xero ledger, reconciliation and reporting stay untouched.
What if the sync stops or looks wrong?
Most issues are an expired token — just reconnect from Admin → Integrations. If anything still looks off, email [email protected] or book a walkthrough and we'll check the mapping with you.
Do I need to be a Xero customer to use CanTicket?
No — CanTicket works on its own. But if you're on Xero, connecting it is what turns estimated margins into real ones, so we strongly recommend it.

How we came to be

It started with one founder, pulling her hair out.

Cassandra was running an agency with a team and clients spread across Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Pakistan — and using three or four different tools just to keep track of her people and her clients. Support requests, billing, deadlines: all of it living in different places.

Then came the lightbulb moment. What if every client and project interaction lived in one place? She could finally see the work, the hours and the margin without switching tabs. And so CanTicket was born.
